1. How do I become a Schlotzsky’s franchisee?
Franchise opportunities are now available for experienced and passionate individuals. For more information, click on the Franchise Info button located on home page.
2. My neighborhood could really use a Schlotzsky’s - can you please open a location in my town/city?
We know how enticing the great taste of our sandwiches can be and everyone deserves their own neighborhood Schlotzsky’s. We are always looking to expand our operations, primarily through franchise development, and we hope there will be a restaurant in your area soon.

3. I know of the perfect place for a Schlotzsky’s restaurant! Where do I send the info?
We’re always on the lookout for the perfect location for new Schlotzsky’s restaurants. To submit a site for consideration, please submit site info to realestate@schlotzskys.com.
4. I’m looking for donations or sponsorships. Who do I contact?
We are committed to giving back to the community and we are closely involved with many civic and educational organizations, particularly the Austin Sunshine Camps, Bun Run, H-E-B Feast of Sharing and Brown Santa in the Austin-area.
Each Schlotzsky’s restaurant and/or city determine their own donations and sponsorships. Please contact the local restaurant in your area for requests. If you are an Austin-area organization and would like to request that Schlotzsky’s sponsor your program, event or organization, please complete this Donation Request form and e-mail it along with a cover letter on your organization’s official letterhead and a copy of your 501(c)(3) certification (if applicable) to donationrequests@schlotzskys.com.
Please note – requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to your event. The submission of this request does not obligate Schlotzsky’s in any way or manner.
If your organization or event is outside the Austin, Texas-area, please direct your request to your local Schlotzsky’s restaurant for information about their charitable giving program. Many individual franchise partners of Schlotzsky’s restaurants around the country are involved in their local communities.
5. Where can I find nutritional information for your menu?
Just lick the Menu tab at the top of this page and then click the Ingredients and Nutritional Information on the left side the page. You can download a full printable version of our menu or you may go directly to the item and click on it for nutritional information.
6. Does your menu include allergen information?
We do include allergen information with our menu. Just lick the Menu tab at the top of this page and then click the Ingredients and Nutritional Information on the left side the page. If you have specific questions about allergens and/or ingredients, feel free to email or call us at 1-800-846-BUNS (2867).
7. Do you have dining options for kids?
We love the little ones and make sure we have something special for them on our menu. Just click the Menu tab at the top of this page and then click the Ingredients and Nutritional Information on the left side the page, then stroll down to Kid’s Meals.
8. Does Schlotzsky’s provide any healthy, nutritious dining options?
We understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and we have quite a few menu items with fewer than 600 calories. We recently partnered with Healthy Dining Finder and they have given several of our sandwiches, wraps and salads their official stamp of approval. Just click the Menu tab at the top of this page and then click the Ingredients and Nutritional Information on the left side the page. Look for the Healthy Dining logo next to our approved healthy options.
9. I fell in love with a sandwich you don’t have anymore! How do I get you to bring it back?
We always like to hear our customers love our products. We do bring back our more popular limited time offers from time to time, so be sure to sign up for our eClub to be notified. And if you really want to tell us which sandwich you can’t live without, fill out our Feedback Form and we’ll pass along your suggestion to the chef!
10. I have a great idea for a new sandwich – where can I send my suggestion?
We love getting sandwich ideas from our customers. Fill out our Feedback Form and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our R&D department.
11. My email address has changed since I joined the eClub. How do I update my info?
If you would like to update your information for the Schlotzsky’s Bun & Fun eClub mailing list, send a note to guestrelationssupport@fishbowl.com and we’ll get you taken care of.
12. I want to be removed from the eClub list.
Say it ain’t so! If you really want to leave us, send an email to guestrelationssupport@fishbowl.com and we’ll remove you from the list. You can also click on unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and you will be removed. Please note it may take 1-3 days for the change to process.
13. Do you have online wireless service available at your restaurants?
Many of our locations do offer free WiFi service. Simply enter your zip code or city and state under the “Find Us” store locator at the top right corner of the page. The WiFi symbol will be noted for each restaurant that offers free WiFi.
14. Are there any online coupons for Schlotzsky’s?
We most definitely have coupons for you, but you need to sign up for our Bun & Fun eClub to get them. Sign up to receive News, Special Offers and Gift-sky's delivered straight to your inbox! It's a fast, easy and delicious way to keep in touch with your local Schlotzsky's!
15. I think Schlotzsky’s would be an awesome place to work. Where do I send my résumé?
Since most locations are individually owned and operated, you should contact the location you would like to work at directly and inquire with them regarding employment opportunities. You can also go to the restaurant’s career page on the website for available open positions.
16. Where can I purchase a Schlotzsky’s gift card?
Schlotzsky's gift cards can be purchased or redeemed at any of our participating restaurants.

17. How can I check my gift card balance?
Check your gift card balance by dialing 888-529-6578, and make sure you have your card handy when you call. And if you need a new gift card, just head to your local Schlotzsky’s. Most locations sell gift cards in store.
18. What do you cater and how much does it cost?
Yes, we do! Schlotzsky’s can handle any of your catering needs – from tailgates to birthday parties to business meetings and everything in between. We offer sandwich trays, individual boxed lunches, desserts, drinks and more. Many of our restaurants even have the ability to accept orders online! You will need to contact that location directly and inquire with them regarding catering information. Additional catering information can be reviewed at the restaurants.
19. Why did my Schlotzsky’s close?
There are many reasons a Schlotzsky’s restaurant may close – relocating, remodel, or business decision. Many of our locations are independently owned and operated by individual franchisees, and they make the decision to close their restaurant. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope a location opens soon in your area to so you can get your Schlotzsky’s fix.
