Shomari has been with the Schlotzsky’s team for seven years now. He chose to work for Schlotzsky’s because of Schlotzsky’s fun environment and great sandwiches that are offered. Through lots of hard work and dedication, he now serves as the General Manager at the Schlotzsky’s at Parmer Ln. and McNeil Rd. in Austin, Texas.
 
One of the most enjoyable aspects of working at Schlotzsky’s for Shomari is the interaction he has with customers, because it offers an opportunity to meet so many different people from different backgrounds. Shomari deems his customers as his top priority. He regards customer satisfaction so highly that he states, “Customer service is extremely important especially in the industry we are in. Our guests have many choices of where to dine, and I believe the type of service they receive from our store plays a big part on whether they will visit one time or regularly.”
 
Shomari believes that it is our famous Fresh-from-Scratch® Bread and atmosphere that differentiates Schlotzsky’s from its competitors. He elaborates, “People love that we bake our bread in the shop and that it’s fresh. They also love the inviting atmosphere where all people from families to professionals can enjoy their dining experience. Kids love our Kids Meals and adults like the food and free Wi-Fi.” So, come on in and meet Shomari today!
