Placing a Face Behind the Buns

Liliana has been with the Schlotzsky’s team for nine years now. She started out as an hourly employee at Schlotzsky's and worked her way up to team leader before being promoted to restaurant manager. Through lots of hard work and dedication, Liliana was recently promoted to the General Manager at the Schlotzsky’s at Parmer Ln. and McNeil Rd. in Austin, Texas.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of working at Schlotzsky’s for Liliana is the interaction she has with customers, because it offers an opportunity to meet so many different people from different backgrounds. Liliana sees her guests as her top priority. She regards customer satisfaction so highly that she states, “Customer service is extremely important especially in the industry we are in. Our guests have many choices of where to dine, and I believe the type of service they receive from our store plays a big part on whether they will visit one time or regularly.”
