Johnny has been a part of the Schlotzsky’s team for 12 years. He started as a restaurant manager for Schlotzsky's and worked his way up to district director. Johnny has worked for Schlotzsky's in three states, including Alabama, Georgia, & Texas. He is now proud to call Austin home. In addition to new manager and franchisee development, training, and new product testing, Johnny currently serves as the Store Director at the Schlotzsky’s at Lamar in Austin, Texas.
Johnny believes in a "Guest First" service mentality, and his top priority is customer service. He also puts restaurant cleanliness at the top of his priority list.
