Sheila has been a part of the Schlotzsky’s team since 2004. She chose to work for the company because she wanted a main stay company in the Austin area. She was most recently the General Manager at the Schlotzsky's in Cedar Park before being transferred to her current position as General Manager at the Schlotzsky’s at Maconda Park in Austin, Texas.
She describes the store atmosphere at the Schlotzsky’s at Maconda Park as family oriented and a fun place to work! According to Sheila, there is always some good old jukebox gold music playing in the restaurant because it’s upbeat and fun music that everyone can listen to. Sheila enjoys training her crew members as well as taking care of her customers. In fact, she regards customer satisfaction so highly that she states, “Customer Service is the main aspect of a successful business. We base everything in our restaurant on how happy we make our customers.”
Sheila comments on what differentiates Schlotzsky’s from its competitors, “The outstanding food and its originality! We lead the way in all restaurants on fresh bread and made to order sandwiches!” So, come on in and meet Sheila today!
