David has been a part of the Schlotzsky’s team since he was 16 years old. He fell in love working for the company and has been with the company for 11 years now. David has worked his way up from the meat and cheese line to team leader to restaurant manager and now serves as the General Manager at the Schlotzsky’s at Balcones in Austin, TX.
David enjoys his crew members and the way they respect one and another. He takes pride in customer satisfaction as he states, “Customer service is really important because who doesn’t want to be treated like you are the king of the world. We build relationships with our guest and they become our FRIENDS.”
